As a Lead Electrician in New Construction, you will be integral to building safe, efficient, and compliant electrical systems from the ground up, bringing expertise and precision to every phase. Your daily responsibilities include:

What We’re Looking For

2-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in new construction electrical installation.

Obtaining or already possessing a FL Journeyman electrician license is a plus.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Demonstrate masterful skill with trade-specific hand and power tools, coupled with in-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and new construction electrical practices.

Exhibit effective oral communication and interpersonal skills that build strong connections within a dynamic construction environment.

Thrive on the ability to independently lead and complete projects unsupervised and unassisted on new construction sites.
