RECRUITING MANAGER

We focus exclusively on the service industry, supporting companies across a wide range of trades and operational functions, and recruiting for roles from apprentice to the C-suite. We offer RPO, direct hire, executive search, and are launching staffing and contract-to-perm services. What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and accountability for a team of full-cycle recruiters, ensuring performance and professional growth

Drive team success through the use of KPIs, structured coaching, and development plans tailored to individual strengths

Serve as the primary point of contact for key RPO accounts, owning client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery

Allocate requisitions and manage recruiter bandwidth to optimize alignment with team capabilities and business priorities

Oversee recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and strategies to ensure efficiency, innovation, and measurable ROI

Monitor performance dashboards and fill rates, proactively identifying and resolving process bottlenecks to maintain delivery standards

Escalate client concerns, performance challenges, or delivery risks promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain trust

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reporting on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and client engagement metrics

Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, and Executive Search teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives

Provide timely, actionable feedback to recruiters, fostering continuous improvement and professional development

Champion the candidate and client experience, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and brand alignment at every touchpoint

You also bring:

5+ years of proven success in agency recruiting
-
3+ years leading high-performing recruiting teams (remote experience preferred)

Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and recruiter development

Experience managing client relationships and delivering in high-volume environments

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
-
Tech fluency is imperative – experience with Crelate or another ATS is essential
-
A commitment to a 40+ hour workweek, strong ownership mindset, and collaborative approach
