About the Role
- Oversee all aspects of plumbing operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and team management
- Manage company KPIs for profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and develop technicians through structured coaching and supervision
- Review pricing in Housecall Pro and produce quotes for custom work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Residential Plumbing Service Management experience
- 10+ years of residential plumbing technical experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and estimating
- Skilled in managing material and labor costs
- Experience with Service Titan and/or Housecall Pro
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive performance
Compensation and Benefits
- $95K–$125K salary (DOE) + performance bonuses

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $95,000 – $125,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
