Job Title: HVAC Service Supervisor

In your role as an HVAC Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of residential technicians, overseeing service operations, ensuring high-quality work, and personally driving our company’s success by converting high-value service opportunities into profitable sales.
Responsibilities and Expectations

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Residential HVAC Service Technicians, ensuring accountability for quality and performance.

Utilize advanced technical knowledge to provide on-site support, troubleshooting guidance, and technical training to the team.

Actively drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies to convert service calls into profitable sales and replacement opportunities.

Manage daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring maximum efficiency using ServiceTitan.

Establish customer rapport and lead by example in educating homeowners, presenting options, and closing high-value sales.

Maintain open communication with technicians, management, and customers, handling escalated service or sales issues with professionalism.

Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Participate in HVAC manufacturer training and internal support sessions to stay current on technology and best practices.

Complete administrative and performance paperwork accurately and promptly.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Supervisor or in a lead role demonstrating strong management, sales, and technical skills.

Proven success in SALES and converting service opportunities to sales.

ServiceTitan experience is REQUIRED.

Strong technical background and deep knowledge of residential HVAC systems.

Highly Knowledgeable, detailed, and able to manage complex service and sales pipelines.

Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience being a Maintenance or Service Technician with direct in home HVAC sales experience is highly preferred
-
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC Refrigeration or a related technical field is highly preferred

Valid driver’s license and clear driving record

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $100,000 – $120,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
