Job Title: Commercial Electrical Project Manager

We are expanding and seeking a hands-on, highly organized Project Manager to spearhead commercial projects from start to finish. Responsibilities and Expectations:
Project Leadership & Execution

Manage the full project lifecycle (kickoff to closeout), ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, and budget.

Coordinate all field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety regulations (OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E).

Lead job site mobilization, progress monitoring, quality checks, and change order management.
Planning & Field Coordination

Confirm project clarity by communicating effectively with the selling estimator.

Create and maintain schedules via the Project Operations Manual (POM).

Schedule resources using Google Calendar and ServiceTitan.

Conduct jobsite readiness assessments and monitor jobsite safety through pre-task planning/JHAs.

Track and approve field costs and invoices.
Communication & Closeout

Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams and customers (status updates).

Maintain daily communication with other PMs and the Commercial Operations Manager.

Ensure as-built drawings and O&M manuals are maintained in ServiceTitan.

Lead final inspections, secure client sign-offs, complete punch lists, and archive final documentation.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical or a related trade.

Proficient in job costing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Strong working knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E.

Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar field management software.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites.

Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

Understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems.

Familiarity with Google Workspace.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $35.00 – $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
