Job Title: HVAC Comfort Advisor

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and proven success in lead generation resulting in high closing rates. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, technical solutions that enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Expectations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and exceptional service.

Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking and direct sales efforts, ensuring a continuous pipeline.

Conduct thorough consultations with customers to assess their specific HVAC needs and recommend appropriate, tailored comfort solutions.

Utilize technical sales skills to clearly and effectively explain product features, benefits, and specifications to clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Manage assigned territory efficiently, ensuring thorough coverage of all potential clients.

Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies relevant to the market.
Requirements

Must have 5+ years of experience in the HVAC Industry.

Proven success in lead generation, territory management, and high closing rates.

Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a must-have to effectively communicate complex HVAC solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if using a company vehicle for territory coverage).

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
