Job Title: Commercial Service Plumber & Installer

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Provide outstanding and knowledgeable service to commercial customers, diagnosing and solving a wide range of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical problems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of plumbing equipment, fixtures, and piping across various commercial facilities.

Build trusting relationships with business owners and maintenance managers by providing honest, fact-based opinions to help them make informed decisions.

Proactively identify and fix small issues before they turn into major repairs, ensuring equipment longevity and customer satisfaction.

Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a supportive team that leans on each other as needed.

Prioritize safety by observing all safety regulations and following OSHA requirements.

Share your knowledge and mentor those who are just starting out in the trade.

Maintain clear and timely communication and take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat and accurate manner.
Requirements:

6-10+ years of commercial plumbing service and install experience required

A Journeyman’s or Master’s License is a plus. Backflow certification is highly preferred. Must have a valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

A High School Diploma or GED is required. An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.

Experience operating a commercial jetter is preferred. Proficiency with technology, including an iPad, and the ability to type professional emails.

Ability to kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

A strong drive to do the job right the first time and a genuine sense of pride in your work. You are a lifelong learner who never stops growing in the field.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 – $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
