Job Title: Dispatcher
We are looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our growing team! The Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in our operations, serving as the central hub for logistics and customer communication. The primary task is to evaluate all incoming customer calls and strategically match the right technician to every job to meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals while ensuring a proficient, quality customer experience. This role requires exceptional organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Expectations:

Evaluate customer needs and prioritize calls to meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by dispatching the most urgent and profitable jobs efficiently.

Manage the whereabouts, schedules, and needs of every technician in the field, acting as their primary support contact.

Relay accurate, timely information to technicians, ensuring they arrive prepared and provide proficient customer experiences.

Be professional, establish customer rapport, and encourage repeat business. Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress to maintain transparency.

Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns, resolving issues while actively promoting the brand.

Record the results of each service call accurately and create necessary report summaries for senior management.

Participate actively in training sessions to boost sales knowledge and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
Requirements:

Proven track record and background in customer service (required). Previous dispatching experience is highly desirable.

Must be IT competent, a good typist, and proficient with multi-line phone and scheduling systems.

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities to track multiple technicians and complex job statuses simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for relaying information clearly to both customers and technicians.

Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict, hold others accountable, and contribute positively to a fast-paced, goal-driven team.

A personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Must be a competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

Earn a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
