General Manager (Residential HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical)
Location: Edgewater, Florida
Are you a “General Manager’s General Manager?” We are seeking a proven, high-energy leader to take the helm of our Space Coast operations. This location is a $10.5M+ business with the infrastructure and market demand to reach $13M+ in the next 12–18 months.
Success in this role means achieving a fully staffed, stable team with minimal turnover, hitting and exceeding the $10.5M–$12M revenue target while maintaining labor costs within budgeted percentages, and fostering a high-performing culture where technicians feel supported and empowered to hit their goals. We are looking for a leader who can balance a “people-first” culture with a “results-only” mindset to drive accountability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus is the “Three-Legged Stool” of Success:

Revenue Drive: Leading both the technical service and sales sides of the business to exceed growth targets.

Cost Control: Managing the P&L with a hawk-eye on labor costs and operational efficiencies.

Customer Sentiment: Ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations and keeping customer satisfaction at an all-time high.
Additional Daily & Strategic Duties:

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations, ensuring a safety-first culture and high-quality craftsmanship.

P&L Management: Manage a $10.5M+ budget with the goal of scaling to $13M+. Conduct deep dives into financial statements to identify bottlenecks and pull the right technical and financial levers.

Team Development: Staff the location adequately to reduce turnover. Hire, train, and coach technicians, sales consultants, and mid-level managers (Ops & Install Managers).

Revenue Generation: Partner with Sales and Technical teams to drive outbound activity, increase average tickets, and improve conversion rates.

Field Engagement: Conduct regular field visits with sales consultants and technicians to ensure brand standards and coaching are consistent.

Strategic Growth: Support branch start-ups, community initiatives, and marketing collaborations to expand the “Space Coast” footprint.
Requirements

Industry Experience: 3+ years of senior leadership experience specifically within Residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical services.

Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing a P&L of $8M–$10M+ and a headcount of 30–35+ employees.

Sales Mindset: You are not just an “operations person”—you understand how to motivate a sales-driven culture and drive top-line revenue.

Software Proficiency: Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar CRM) to track KPIs and manage real-time performance.

Education: Associate degree or equivalent industry experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

What Can We Do for You?

Exceptional Compensation: Base Salary: $150,000 – $160,000

Bonus Potential: 100% Base Salary Bonus Potential based on hitting budgeted EBITDA.

Total Potential: $300,000+ per year.

Relocation Assistance: We are willing to relocate the right leader to the Titusville/Edgewater/Space Coast area.

The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $150,000 to $160,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
