Job Title: Field Supervisor

The HVAC Field Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing HVAC work for multiple builders across multiple communities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role provides field leadership and support to technicians and installation teams while maintaining strong relationships with builders and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who values teamwork, professional development, and delivering high-quality results in a growing and supportive organization.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Effectively manage multiple jobs
  • Manage and supervise employees on the job site
  • Engage with field supervisors and employees with their project needs
  • Assist scheduling department with upcoming work
  • Read and execute blueprints precisely
  • Quality control

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in an HVAC supervisory role.
  • Working knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard applications.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work more than 40 hours per week as business needs require.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
