Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Position Overview
Our growing team is looking for commercial HVAC service technicians with experience in Commercial Service. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercial HVAC service technician to join a team that is dedicated to enriching the lives of their team, their customers, and the communities they serve!
Responsibilities and Expectations

Work on a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining split systems, rooftop units, mini-splits, and 2 and 3 pipe VRF systems.

Provide business owners or maintenance managers with honest, fact-based opinions to help them make informed decisions.

Proactively identify and fix small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs.

Work under minimum supervision while also being part of a supportive team.

Prioritize safety, observing all safety regulations, and being familiar with OSHA and EPA requirements.

Maintain mindfulness and clear communication. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
Requirements

3+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience

EPA Certification
-
Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school preferred

Previous on the job training

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand

Critical-thinker, problem-solver

Must hold valid state driver’s license

Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations

Schedule: Year-round work
The compensation for this position is expected to range between $28.00 – $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
