Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher

Position Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatchers are the voice of the company — the calm, confident, and caring professionals who turn stressful moments into solutions. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Schedule service appointments
- Assist customers with memberships and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in office setting or customer service experience required
- Preferred experience in skilled trades or home services companies
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
- Experience in home services or trades industry preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $20 – $23 per hour. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
