Responsibilities as a Residential Electrician:

• Handle general electrical in-home service calls with expertise.

• Cultivate trust with customers, guiding them in product and service selection.

• Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans.

• Always aim to exceed revenue goals and maintain professional standards.

• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business efficiency.

• Ensure a tidy workspace and a well-stocked truck.

• Engage in training sessions, meetings, and other professional development activities.

• Mentor apprentices for high-quality service delivery.

Who We’re Looking for as a Residential Electrician:

• 2+ years in residential electrical work.

• NJ Journeyman or Electrical Contractors License is a plus but NOT required.

• Proficiency in electrical techniques, hardware knowledge, and wiring diagrams.

• Commitment to yearly training and skill enhancement.

• A clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

• Strong communication skills, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
