Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to lead our electrical team in Houston, TX. In this key leadership role, you will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4 technicians, oversee complex residential and commercial electrical projects, and serve as the division’s technical expert. We are looking for a trade professional with a strong work ethic, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on every job site.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electrical technicians, providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency.

• Oversee complex electrical projects, perform high-level troubleshooting, and ensure strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing transparent explanations and options to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct field coaching and deliver technical training to junior technicians to foster their professional growth.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment both at customer locations and in company vehicles.

• Participate actively in company-sponsored technical training and leadership development opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Master Electrician License required.

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with proven leadership ability and a strong recent focus on service and troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of field technicians.

• Deep knowledge of the NEC, electrical codes, single-phase/three-phase power, distribution panels, wiring, and best trade practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and management.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
