Title: Sales & Business Development Intern
Location: Remote (Home-Based)
Duration: June – August
Pay: $14.00 – $20.00/hour
The Opportunity
Want to see how a national recruiting firm scales? Our Sales Interns work directly with our Business Development team to map out new markets and identify the companies that need our help. This is a foundational role for anyone interested in sales or operations.
What You’ll Do

Market Mapping: Identify top-tier HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies in expansion territories.

Lead Generation: Build and clean lead lists in Crelate to support our Senior BDR outreach sequences.

Competitive Analysis: Research market data using tools like Lightcast to provide our team with “on-the-ground” insights into skilled trades labor trends.

Outreach Support: Assist in drafting professional outreach to CEOs and Owners of home service companies.
Requirements

Current Junior or Senior with a focus on Professional Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Exceptional research skills and a “detective” mindset.
