  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while ensuring timely, consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners, community organizations, and other talent resources.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to elevate the overall candidate experience and contribute positively to company culture.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, relationship management, or another people-focused role is preferred.

  • An outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others find the right career opportunities.

  • Warm, approachable, confident, and comfortable having authentic conversations with people from all backgrounds, with strong listening skills that make others feel heard and valued.

  • Strong judgment with the ability to recognize talent, character, and potential beyond what appears on paper.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of open requisitions while collaborating effectively with the broader team.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable learning and using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), and other talent acquisition technologies.

What We Can Do for You

  • Highly competitive base hourly pay rate backed by a lucrative bonus incentive program.

  • Exceptional healthcare package with 100% company-paid family health insurance premiums.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match PLUS profit sharing.
