Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and energetic Warehouse Logistics Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure that critical field materials, specialized trade tools, and commercial equipment are received, accurately organized, tracked, and ready when our technicians need them.

This is a hands-on position working closely with field technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep both warehouse and job-site operations running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for an eager-to-learn self-starter with a go-getter personality who takes pride in accuracy, organization, safety, and teamwork, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities dynamically evolve.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Oversee daily warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, organizing, staging, and distributing trade materials, equipment, and shop supplies.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts, ensuring all parts and stock are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for in the system.

• Coordinate the staging and preparation of materials, tools, and specialty equipment for field technicians to ensure seamless job dispatching.

• Inspect incoming freight and parcel shipments, verifying items and quantities against purchase orders or packing slips, and report any discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with the organization, basic upkeep, and coordination of company tools, equipment, supplies, and fleet vehicles.

• Safely operate material handling equipment to assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles and moving heavy freight throughout the facility.

• Maintain clear communication with field technicians, service managers, and office personnel to guarantee materials are staged on time.

• Follow and enforce all standard company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse policies.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or field delivery experience is preferred, but a proactive mindset and strong work ethic are most important.

• High energy, go-getter attitude, eager to learn trade logistics, and a strong commitment to team success.

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly; comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

• Basic computer skills for entering inventory data, verifying orders, and handling general email communications.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record required. Forklift operation experience or certification is a strong plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to undergo standard pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
