Complete in-home plumbing repairs – replaces faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.
Establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services – help the Customer make an informed and intelligent choice
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Be professional; neat, clean, punctual and courteous
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory.
Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
On Call – yes, you have on call, but we have an exclusive process and reward system
Master Plumber license? Not required but encouraged and rewarded!

Point person for any technical issues that technicians may encounter throughout the day.
Communicate effectively with HVAC Coordinators.
Liaison between technicians and Comfort Consultants.
Participate actively in all training and ongoing education.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluates workload and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower.
Ability to create and manage quotes and invoices. Knowledge of using price books.
Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs.
Ability to train and mentor technicians on our service systems.

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
Repairs air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers
Provides preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
Performs timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
