The Role You’ll Play:
As a customer-focused Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be at the forefront of diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing components. Your responsibilities include:
- Completing plumbing and drain cleaning service calls.
- Repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures.
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, and toilets.
- Testing systems for leaks and identifying issues.
- Establishing strong customer rapport.
- Educating customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
- Presenting yourself as a professional and knowledgeable expert to secure referrals and repeat business.
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum of 2 Years of Plumbing Experience.
- Alabama Journeyman License OR Apprentice License with at least 2 years of experience.
- Residential Service experience is required.
- Experience with Water Heaters is required; grinder pump experience is a plus!
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
