As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and drive new business opportunities.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales strategy—generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings that drive growth. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about sales, relationship-building, and making a measurable impact within a high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social media

  • Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal client profile

  • Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales executives with decision-makers at residential service companies

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot)

  • Partner with marketing to support outbound campaigns and messaging

  • Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with candidate availability and hiring trends

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals

  • Stay current on industry trends in home services and recruiting

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or customer service

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from the ground up

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus

  • Interest in the staffing or skilled trades industries preferred

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000 – $60,000 base salary + commission opportunities
