Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Installer, you’ll be instrumental in delivering top-tier comfort and quality. Your responsibilities include:

Removing, replacing, and safely firing up new HVAC systems in residential homes.

Communicating with customers like a pro, building trust with every interaction.

Protecting customers’ homes while performing expert installations.

Tackling minor carpentry work, such as moldings, platforms, and attic access.

Modifying ductwork and connecting piping, including brazing and soldering.

Handling electrical hookups safely and ensuring they are up to code.

Maintaining sharp tools, keeping your company van clean, and your team informed.

Collecting payments and ensuring job completion like a seasoned professional.
What We Need From You

2+ years of HVAC field experience.

A valid Florida driver’s license.
-
EPA certification is preferred (but not required – we’ll help you get there!).

Experience with high/low voltage wiring.

Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Service Titan experience is a plus
-
Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug test.

A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.

Must be 18 years of age or older and ready to hit the ground running.
