Job Title: Plumbing Salesperson
Our client is a leading home services provider in the Kodak, TN area, committed to delivering exceptional plumbing solutions and outstanding customer satisfaction. They are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team, focusing on providing high-value solutions to their residential clients.
The Plumbing Salesperson is responsible for converting inbound service leads into comprehensive repair and replacement sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to diagnose client needs accurately to present high-value solutions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sales drive with a foundational customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities and Expectations

Travel to residential client locations using a company-provided vehicle to assess plumbing needs, explain diagnostic findings, and present tailored repair or replacement options.

Utilize a customer-service-based approach to clearly and professionally educate clients on available solutions, financing options, and the long-term benefits of recommended services.

Utilize company-provided technology (phone and laptop) to manage the sales pipeline, create estimates, and process customer agreements.

Experience utilizing the Service Titan software platform for job management, dispatching, and invoicing is preferred.

Maintain strong relationships with the plumbing service team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation/repair completion.
Requirements

At least 3-5+ years of plumbing sales experience is required.

Proven background in a customer-service-based environment is highly preferred, demonstrating an ability to prioritize client needs over a hard-sell approach.

Must be Tech Savvy and comfortable using business software; Service Titan experience is a significant plus.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be insurable to operate the company-provided take-home vehicle.

Earn a weekly base pay of $400 with a highly competitive commission structure with an expected total annual earnings range from $80,000 to $100,000.

The compensation for this position is structured as a $400 weekly base salary plus commission, with an estimated annual earning potential (OTE) between $80,000 – $100,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications and performance expected for the position.
