  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.

  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Handle general electrical in-home service calls with expertise.
  • Cultivate trust with customers, guiding them in product and service selection.
  • Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans.
