We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, HVAC Comfort Advisor, a Plumbing Sales Person, a HVAC Service Technician and a Service Plumber to join our growing team!

  • Place outbound calls to schedule appointments to fill our call needs each day.
  • Convert incoming customer calls to booked service appointments while promoting customer satisfaction
  • Place outbound calls to current and past customers to ensure quality control
  • Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries like estimates to the customers’ satisfaction
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; by being transparent, compelling, and personable when speaking with customers
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Other clerical duties as assigned
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs
  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution
  • Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends

  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
  • Repairs air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers
  • Provides preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
  • Performs timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
  • Educating and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of customer properties to assess their plumbing needs and provide estimates for services
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers and negotiate pricing and terms as needed
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Follow up on company-generated sales leads using strong relationship-building skills with new and existing residential customers.
  • Generate sales revenue through new account targets.
  • A complete inspection of the customer’s sewer lines and drains using a video recording monitor and camera reel
  • Coordinate with management to schedule and complete service appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service orders
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective prospecting, marketing, and sales techniques
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on the latest plumbing trends and technologies
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls.
  • Repair pipes, tanks and water fixtures as needed.
  • Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
  • Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
