  • Convert incoming customer calls to booked service appointments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle calls, texts, and online requests from customers.
  • Place outbound calls to current and past customers for additional service appointments.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably, following the company’s plan.
  • Answer multiple phone lines, assist customer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Communicate with call center, dispatch, and management.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Learn the business and gain proficiency in scheduling.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by communicating detailed and accurate information to our field technicians.
  • Work independently with a focus on quality.
  • Participate in daily huddles and training to foster professional growth.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the day about the technician’s progress.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, allowing you to choose your days of the month and earn extra cash effortlessly.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
  • Repairs air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers
  • Provides preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
  • Performs timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
  • Educating and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
