Responsibilities for the Lead HVAC Install Technician:
Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
Replace heating, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, or complete systems.
Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned/required.
Responsibilities for the HVAC Install Apprentice:
Collaborate with experienced technicians to assist in the installation of HVAC systems.
Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment required for HVAC installations.
Assist in handling and organizing materials needed for installation projects.
Prepare worksites by ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped for installations.
Participate in testing HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
Actively engage in training sessions to enhance technical and practical knowledge.
Learn to identify and troubleshoot common issues during installations.
Take initiative in learning and contributing to the installation process.
Follow up on completed installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Responsibilities for the HVAC Service Technician:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
Execute preventative maintenance procedures on residential HVAC systems, contributing to their longevity and efficiency.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Perform repairs promptly without compromising on the quality of work, prioritizing customer needs.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues with HVAC components, ensuring reliable performance.
Keep company trucks and inventory updated, promoting efficiency in daily tasks and repairs.
Complete paperwork accurately and always maintains a professional appearance, upholding company standards.
Provide customers with information on finance options and maintenance plans, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
Responsibilities for the Lead Commercial HVAC Install Technician:
Independently install generators, HVAC units, and related equipment in residential and commercial settings.
Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping with meticulous attention to detail.
Undertake and complete special projects and additional duties as assigned for residential and commercial installations.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every installation, meeting both residential and commercial requirements.
Work efficiently and maintain high levels of productivity without compromising quality in commercial projects.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors in commercial contexts.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency of HVAC installations, considering commercial needs.
Educate customers on the installed equipment and its proper use in residential and commercial applications.
