VP of Business Development

Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 with commission structure. Top performers have the potential to earn up to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Proactively identify potential clients within target markets. Conduct thorough research to understand their unique needs, challenges, and business objectives. Utilize networking events, online resources, and industry insights to generate high-quality leads.

Lead Generation: Employ a multi-channel approach to generate new leads, including strategic email campaigns, active engagement on social media platforms, targeted phone outreach, and participation in industry networking events.

Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with ARM Solutions’ ideal client profile. Assess their business needs, budget parameters, decision-making processes, and potential for a long-term partnership.

Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the deal closure process. Schedule and conduct meetings, deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of ARM Solutions’ services, and provide the sales team with the necessary information and resources.

Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, meticulously tracking progress at each stage of the sales cycle. Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to manage and optimize the pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the sales leadership team, detailing prospecting activities, lead generation results, pipeline status, and progress toward achieving sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC and plumbing industries.

Strong industry knowledge of HVAC and plumbing.

Proven experience in sales or business development.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Strategic thinking skills with a hunter mentality.

Highly competitive, motivated, and a quick learner.

Ability to think outside the box.

CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).

Existing connections within the industry.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
