Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales via Phone & Video: Master phone and video sales interactions, effectively engaging with current and prospective clients to present our coaching, training, and business development solutions.

Lead Management & Conversion: Expertly work leads, asking insightful questions to understand client needs and guiding them through a structured sales process to successful conversion.

Consistent Outreach: Maintain a high level of consistent call activity to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.

Appointment Anchoring & Follow-Up: Skillfully anchor appointments and execute meticulous follow-up strategies to ensure continuity and progression of the sales pipeline.

Organizational Excellence: Remain highly organized, managing your pipeline and client interactions effectively to maintain efficiency and meet sales targets.

Engaging Communication: Act as a natural conversationalist, engaging clients with your friendly and professional demeanor to build trust and rapport.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong Sales Background: Possess a robust sales background with a proven track record as a strong closer.

Home Service Industry Experience: Required experience within the home service industry at any level (electrical, plumbing, heating, or air conditioning industries highly preferred).

Skilled Trades Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the skilled trades industry.

Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to ask the right questions and engage clients effectively over the phone.

Lead Working Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to efficiently work leads, from initial contact to closing.

Technological Aptitude: Comfortable making consistent calls and staying organized. Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a must.

Conversational & Engaging: Must be a natural conversationalist who can engage prospects and clients effortlessly.
