Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Be the Heart of Our Team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empathetic Listening & Scheduling: Listen attentively to customer needs and effortlessly schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Proactive Outreach: Place outbound calls to schedule appointments and consistently meet daily call needs, expanding our reach.

  • Inbound Call Conversion: Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.

  • Quality Assurance & Follow-up: Conduct outbound calls for quality control and diligently follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Complaint Resolution: Adhere to the company’s plan for prompt and favorable resolution of all customer complaints, maintaining our reputation.

  • Authentic Communication: Deliver call scripts authentically, emphasizing transparency, compelling content, and a personable approach that captivates customers.

  • Administrative Support: Answer multiple phone lines and perform other assigned clerical duties efficiently.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and consistently with dispatch and management to ensure smooth operations and coordinated service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer Service Expertise: 2+ years of customer service experience is required, with a strong preference for a background in the home services industry.

  • Phone Sales Acumen: Proven phone sales experience is essential for converting inquiries into appointments.

  • Industry Knowledge (Plus): Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical service work is a significant plus, enhancing your ability to understand customer needs.

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient computer skills, strong typing abilities, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.

  • Empathy & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to show empathy and possess strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers.

  • Reliability & Drive: Exhibit strong reliability, drive, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit within a team environment.

  • Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective problem resolution and clear interactions.

  • Resilience & Multitasking: Capability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy, alongside strong multitasking abilities to manage varied responsibilities.
