Inside Sales Representative

We’re seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. You’ll provide direct support to both the Sales and HVAC Installation Departments, playing a key role in achieving monthly goals and driving significant growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Bid Conversion: Proactively follow up with existing sales bids and leads, providing additional information as needed to convert them into successful sales.

  • Customer Outreach: Consistently reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, initiating new opportunities.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long-term engagement.

  • Inbound Inquiry Management: Efficiently engage with inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our services and expertly answering questions to build customer interest.

  • Sales Nurturing & Closing: Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, guide them through the sales process, and confidently close sales.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep and current understanding of our home services, staying informed about new offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from a closed sale to efficient service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Inside Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or call center role is required, preferably within the HVAC/home services industry.

  • HVAC Installation knowledge: HVAC inside sales experience required

  • Educational Foundation: Associate’s degree required.

  • Bilingual (Preferred): Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred, but not required.

  • Sales Target Achiever: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly, build rapport quickly, and excel in a teamwork-oriented environment.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational Excellence: Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and a high level of integrity.

  • Customer Service Mindset: Possesses strong customer service skills, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
