Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives.

Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction initiatives, employee performance management, and efficient resource allocation.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of managers and employees, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and critical safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of proven operational leadership experience, preferably within the multi-trade home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical residential services required), with a solid understanding of related regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to manage a robust P&L and consistently meet or exceed financial targets through optimized budgets, cost controls, and revenue growth strategies.

Outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing leaders and technicians through mentorship and professional growth initiatives.

A commitment to consistent operational excellence, driving high performance and productivity through standardized best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and proficiency in leveraging technology and software systems (ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus).

Champions an exceptional customer experience, fostering positive feedback and retention. Possesses strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, is highly organized, and can act quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
