Key Responsibilities:

Expertly assemble and install diverse HVAC systems.

Seamlessly connect installed systems to electrical panels.

Install crucial additional components, like refrigeration line sets and air quality accessories.

Thoroughly test and calibrate new systems to achieve optimal performance.

Champion safety by rigorously adhering to all protocols and regulations, especially when handling refrigerants and electrical systems.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

Empower the next generation: Mentor and train apprentice technicians, sharing valuable knowledge and expertise.

Actively assist with inventory management, ensuring sufficient parts and supplies are always ready.

Stay sharp! Participate in ongoing training to remain at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

Maintain precise records of all installations via service software.
What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems.

A solid, working understanding of how refrigeration systems and their parts function.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect effectively with colleagues and customers.

The ability to excel independently and as a collaborative team player.

A keen eye for troubleshooting, skilled at finding and fixing problems quickly and efficiently.
