Job Title: Office Manager / Human Resources

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Manage and oversee the entire employee experience, including recruiting top talent, onboarding, performance reviews, time off requests, work compensation and vehicle insurance claims, and benefits administration.

Oversee general office demands, efficiencies, and meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Partner with managers to develop and implement programs that promote top-notch morale, safety, and growth.

Work with managers to develop a clear and inspirational approach to communication with each team member, focusing on the “win” and leading through change.

Always operate in the best interest of the company, maintaining the loyalty and respect of each individual and upholding the company’s core values and policies.

Quickly and efficiently diffuse and resolve miscommunications and personnel issues, operating with humility, consistency, and good judgment.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5+ years of HR Recruiting and/or Office Management experience, within one organization.

Proven experience with the full cycle of recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews.

Exceptional leadership qualities with proven experience building a loyal team.

Advanced business acumen and exemplary judgment.

Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Professional verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate well without heightened emotions.

Proven record of implementing improvements and attaining positive results.

The ability to work a flexible schedule when needed

Bachelor’s degree or BS in business or human resources is preferred.

Experience with Paycom, Paycor, or similar HR/Payroll software is a plus.

SHRM Certified Professional (Preferred).

Earn $60,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
