Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems and equipment.

Technical Resolution: Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with precision and confidence.

Customer Consulting & Sales: Educate customers on system performance and proactively recommend, promote, and sell upgrades that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.

Solution Selling: Successfully sell value-added services such as indoor air quality products, duct cleaning, Aeroseal, maintenance plans, and system replacements.

Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician (REQUIRED).

EPA Universal Certification required.

Sales experience within residential HVAC or home services strongly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to educate, influence, and close sales with professionalism.

Driven, dependable, and committed to delivering excellence in every customer interaction.

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must pass a pre-employment background check.

The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 – $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
