Job Title: Residential Service Electrician

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Perform all general in-home electrical service calls, maintenance, and repairs with a focus on quality and safety.

Establish strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Recommend appropriate solutions, educate customers on service needs, and assist them with financing options and maintenance plans.

Meet and exceed service goals and revenue targets through diligent work and effective recommendations.

Work closely with the dispatch and customer service teams to ensure successful daily scheduling and project completion.

Accurately complete all job-related documentation, including invoicing and service reports.

Mentor apprentices to ensure high-quality work and support strong team development.

Maintain a professional appearance, a clean, organized work area, and a properly stocked company truck.

Participate actively in training, team meetings, and company events.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience (REQUIRED).

Proficient in residential electrical systems and current building codes.

Strong customer service and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, deploying from home daily.

Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Must pass a pre-employment background check.

The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 – $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
