Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their remote team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, leading the marketing team, and driving brand awareness and lead generation. Responsibilities and Expectations

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and, most importantly, lead generation for the business.

Oversee all marketing activities, including Social Media Advertisement (FB, YouTube and Google), internet and email marketing, and content creation.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing materials, utilizing knowledge of graphic design and video editing.

Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Develop a design plan and execute strategies specifically to bring in new leads.

Set performance goals and track progress against objectives, demonstrating grit and determination to achieve results.

Manage and communicate with existing customers to enhance engagement and retention.

Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns utilizing tools like ClickFunnels and the internal CRM, HubSpot.
Requirements

Proven experience in marketing management across multiple industries.

Expertise in Social Media Advertisement (FB, YouTube and Google), internet, and email marketing.

Strong people and project management capabilities with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the synergy between the two.

Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Background in video editing (graphic design skills are essential).

Must be an effective communicator and comfortable with data tracking and analysis.

Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

Preferred: Formalized management training (certifications), PM Certifications, or Communication Trainings.

Preferred: Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or experience in residential home services.

Competitive Salary of $100,000 – $150,000 annually with bonus potential.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $100,000 – $150,000 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
