Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital, direct mail, traditional media) to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, website management, email marketing, and social media presence.
- Focus on creating effective campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our Service, Installation, and Plumbing departments.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, ensuring our 5-star service reputation is highlighted.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition), providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, case studies, videos, and website
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social) and driving measurable lead growth.
- Experience marketing a service-based business (HVAC, home services, or contracting industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills</strong>; ability to create compelling ad copy and campaign messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
The compensation for this position is expected to range between $78k – $110k annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
