Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly.

Perform water heater repairs and installations.

Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.

Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.

Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs.

Provide multiple options to customers in the form of “Good, Better, Best.”

Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required

MUST have a valid California driver’s license.

Ability to work weekends and one on-call night shift per week.

Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Willingness to be a team player.

The compensation for this position is expected to be on average $90,000 and up to $180,000 for top earners. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
