POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional plumbing services. You have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. With your excellent communication skills, you can easily interact with customers and provide top-notch service. Join our team and be part of our mission to provide outstanding plumbing solutions!
The ideal candidate is a skilled plumber who enjoys working with tools and has extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, with the desire to drive their own commissions through sales.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to residential plumbing service calls

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems (especially older construction)

Perform installations, repairs, and system upgrades

Communicate clearly with homeowners about solutions and pricing

Use ServiceTitan for job documentation

40–60 hours per week
-
On-call rotation (currently 1 shift every 7 weeks)
REQUIREMENTS:
-
3–5+ years of plumbing service experience
-
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-
Experience working on older plumbing systems
-
Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes

ServiceTitan experience (preferred)
-
Sales confidence and commission-based pay experience

Valid driver’s license (must qualify for company insurance)

Professional communication skills
BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position is expected to be $31.25 per hour plus 6% of sales. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
