Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician

With deep community roots and a reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and integrity, we provide residential and commercial plumbing services — including trenchless pipe repair, sewer replacements, and 24/7 emergency response.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to provide high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Midland and surrounding West Texas communities. This role requires strong diagnostic ability, professionalism, and the capacity to independently handle a wide range of plumbing services including sewer and drain work, trenchless pipe repair, slab leaks, water heaters, and gas lines.
This is a customer-facing position requiring strong communication skills, integrity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to residential and commercial service calls

Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently

Perform sewer replacements and trenchless pipe repairs

Conduct drain cleaning and camera inspections

Detect and repair slab leaks

Install and repair water heaters (gas and electric)

Perform gas line installations and repairs

Provide upfront communication and professional recommendations to customers

Utilize HouseCall Pro software in the field

Participate in on-call rotation (1 weekend every 7 weeks)

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
REQUIREMENTS:

Active Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or higher preferred)

Valid driver’s license

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience in residential service plumbing

Sewer and drain experience preferred

Comfortable using field software and technology

Strong customer service and communication skills

Commission-based pay (25–30% of ticket)
$42+ per hour earning potential

The compensation for this position is expected to start at $42+ per hour plus commission-based pay. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
