-
A practical, hands-on leadership style that works well in an entrepreneurial environment
What They Are Really Looking For
This company does not need a polished executive who only knows how to lead inside a highly structured environment.
They need someone who can step into a real operating business, quickly understand what is happening, create visibility where needed, and drive performance through people, process, and accountability.
The ideal person is not just a motivator and not just an analyst. They need both — someone who can lead the team, hold people accountable, understand the numbers, and help the business evolve.

-
Can operate effectively in an owner-led company
-
Knows how to balance urgency with relationship-building
-
Does not avoid hard conversations
-
Can bring structure without becoming overly bureaucratic
-
Understands that credibility is earned with teams, not assumed by title
-
Is comfortable being highly visible and highly accountable
Compensation
Compensation is expected to include:
-
Base salary in the range of $170,000–$220,000
-
Annual performance bonus up to 25%

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with real influence, real responsibility, and real upside.
The company has a strong foundation and a meaningful opportunity to become more disciplined, more scalable, and more balanced in how it grows. The right General Manager will play a major role in shaping that future.
