Requirements of our next Residential Service Plumber:
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
- Minimum of 3 Years of Service Plumbing Experience
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Passion for communicating with customers and fixing plumbing issues.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, with a great attitude on life.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentices as needed.
Requirements of our next HVAC Service Technician:
- 3+years residential experience servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment
- CFC certified.
- OSHA or NATE Certified a PLUS!
- Great Customer Service Skills needed
- Ability to workdays and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
- Able to lift 75 pounds
*Must have a clean driving and criminal record!
- Obtain and maintain required certifications.
- Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
Requirements of our next Pluming & HVAC Apprentice:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform multiple, technical tasks with a need to periodically upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment used in the maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures and systems; adhering to safety practices; and planning and managing projects.
- Ability to perform algebra and/or geometry; read technical information, compose a variety of documents, and/or facilitate group discussions; and solve practical problems. Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: safety practices and procedures; methods, techniques, materials, tools used in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of plumbing systems/sub systems; troubleshooting/maintaining plumbing systems; pertinent codes, policies, regulations and/or laws; and blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to perform the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; significant climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 15% sitting, 55% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under temperature extremes and under conditions with exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
