Responsibilities for the next Residential Service Electrician:
- Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.
- Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable technician to gain new referrals and repeated business.
- Work alongside dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all trainings and meetings.
Responsibilities for the next Dispatcher:
- Act as the bridge between our customers and services, scheduling service appointments, and placing strategic outbound calls.

- Navigate schedules, aligning technicians with appropriate work orders while keeping managers and customers updated.
- Meticulously maintain records, from work requests and expenses to inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization in our customer database.

Responsibilities for the next HVAC Installer:
- Replace heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
- Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and detect malfunctions.
- Join pipes or tubing to the equipment and to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form a complete circuit.
- Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram, using an electrician’s hand tools.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications.
- Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Properly complete digital invoices using Service Titan, a leading software in the industry.

- Keep company truck and inventory updated.
- Complete paperwork and maintain a professional appearance.
- Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
Responsibilities for the next Residential Service Plumber:
- Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related service calls.
- Repair pipes, tanks, and water fixtures as needed.
- Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
- Test systems for leaks and other problems.
- Establish customer rapport to recommend the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
- Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
